- Footwear - for keeping feet off the ground - Crocs
- C2SC Swim Cap
- Goggles - adjust for meet, 2nd pair for backup
- Water bottle
- Comfortable Clothes - cool clothes for spectators, warm clothes for athletes
- Sharpie & Highlighter - for event/heat/lane and meet programs
Food
- Healthy Snacks - such as fruits, nuts, good quality bars, greek yogurt, bagels, peanut butter with crackers/rice cakes, nuts, smoothie, small sandwich, veggies.
